Counselling and Training Coordinator
We are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced person to lead a team of volunteers in delivering essential services.
The CTC will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including:-
- co-ordinate the provision of a quality 24/7 telephone counselling and a face-to-face counselling service by participation in the recruitment, training, supervision and rostering of volunteer counsellors
- development and delivery of training to both internal and external stakeholders
Although we are seeking a full time employee, job sharing or flexible working arrangements will be considered.
