Stress Less with Stress Down Slippers

The overwhelming majority of Australians still suffer from stress according to the latest data.
Lifeline’s 2012 Stress Poll demonstrates that 91% of respondents experienced ‘some’ stress, with 43% suffering from ‘a lot’, or unhealthy levels of, of stress.
“A great way to reduce stress levels, for at least one day, is to take part in Lifeline’s Stress Down Day on 27 July” said Chris Wagner, Lifeline’s Director of Communications and Government Relations.
Bach Rescue Remedy has partnered with Lifeline to add some fun to Stress Down Day by providing novelty Stress Down slippers to be worn in your workplace, school, university, or as a dare perhaps on the bus, tram, train or ferry.
“Stress is a major concern, and affects people in all sorts of ways” said Michelle Varghese, Bach Rescue Remedy Brand Manager.
“One of the first steps for Australians suffering from the strain of stress is to recognise the signs. Stress Down Day is a designed to be a fun way to highlight the serious problem of stress, while serving as a catalyst for people to proactively reduce their stress levels.”
