SANE

Contains a wide range of information, factsheets and booklets on mental health/illness and suicide prevention. SANE also run a number of advocacy and awareness campaigns, including Stigma Watch, a web-based program promoting accurate and balanced depictions of mental illness and suicide.

RANZCP Mental Health guidelines for consumers and carers

RANZCP have updated their guidelines that provide evidence-based information about particular mental illnesses and appropriate treatment options.

Mental Health First Aid Guidelines

These guidelines, about first aid applicable to a range of developing mental disorders and mental health crisis situations, were produced using the Delphi method, which a systematic way of assessing the consensus of a panel of experts. The guidelines consist of first aid actions that have been rated as important or essential by expert panels of professionals, consumers and carers.
