Help for young men at risk of suicide
Being a real mate starts with listening. You don't need to know the answers but sometimes just being there to listen can help
We all have tough times and that's when having mates is really important. Things like difficulties at work, in the family, health problems, injuries,
money worries. Sometimes the tough times seem to drag on, or other things happen that make them worse. And then problems pile up. When
this happens, the smartest thing you can do for a mate, or even yourself, is to get help quickly. No-one has to face problems alone.
