Sometimes tough times seem to drag on or other things happen that make them worse. That's when having mates is really important.
It can be hard to know how to help your friend or what is the best thing to do for them. You don't need to know the answers but sometimes just being there to listen can help.
Mates are there to help each other. At times like these it can be hard to know how to help your friend or know what to do.

The short answer is that if you are concerned that someone may be at risk, you should ask them and work with them to get help to stay safe.
