These self-help tool kits are designed by mental health professionals and offer information and advice on a range of mental health and help seeking topics. This information may be useful to you or someone you know.

The tool kits have been produced in black and white with minimal “design” and clutter. We believe that the information within them is more important. This makes it easy to photocopy portions of the tool kit if you would like to keep information or make it available to others.
