Ybblue is a youth program of beyondblue: the national depression initiative. Ybblue's all about getting the message out there that it's okay to talk about depression, and to encourage young people and their family and friends to get help when it's needed.

Headspace

Headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation. The headspace mission is to deliver improvements in the mental health, social wellbeing and economic participation of yound Australians aged 12-25. There are currently 36 headspace locations across Australia.

Kidshelpline

Kids Help Line is a national counselling service for young people aged 5 to 18 years. It is free, anonymous and confidential.
