Lifeline’s annual Stress Down Day highlights the importance of recognising and managing stress but also encourages everyone to have fun.
Participate in stress reducing activities on Friday the 24th July 2009 and show your support by raising much needed funds for Lifeline’s 24 hour telephone counselling service.
There are a number of ways in which you can participate – wear your slippers or pyjamas to work, have a morning or afternoon tea, run a stress down raffle (massage, spa treatment or day-off). Whatever you do, just remember to have fun and make a donation to Lifeline.
Visit our Stress Down website to register.
