Train with Lifeline

Lifeline is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and has expertise in delivering training in two areas; Volunteer Training and Community or Corporate Training.

1. Volunteer Training

As a Registered Training Organisation, Lifeline is able to offer volunteers who are training as telephone counsellors, the option of being assessed for Certificate IV in Telephone Counselling Skills. This is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF)

2. Community and Corporate Training

Lifeline Training offers tailored short courses for corporate or community groups. This training is focused on:

  • wellbeing and self care
  • relationship skills
  • communication skills
  • dealing with challenging situations
