Donation of Material Goods to Lifeline Stores

Gifts in Kind and Material Donations — individuals and businesses can support Lifeline with gifts in kinds or goods and services for our operational activities, such as computers, software programs, printers, digital cameras, photographic images for publications or your expertise in professional areas.

You can also donate material goods to our Lifeline shops or book fairs. Items which might be accepted by your local Lifeline Shop include; clothing, books, furniture, blankets, household items and bric-a-brac. Goods accepted at different Lifeline Shops do vary.

Lifeline Centres raise up to 80% of their annual oprerating costs from fundraising and retail activities. The goods that you donate are resold in Lifeline Stores to raise funds to operate services such as the 24-hour our telephone counselling line and other community programs.
