Support After Suicide Group

Lifeline Central Australia will respond to local community need in facilitating a Support After Suicide Group. A Support After Suicide Group enables people who have experienced the loss of a loved one through suicide, to share, listen and give mutual support.

Many feelings can emerge following the sudden and traumatic suicide of someone close to you; sadness, anger, guilt, fear, relief, confusion, rejection and isolation. It is often felt that only thoes who have gone through a similar experience can really understand the depth of emotions felt by family and friends.

Lifeline works with other organisations in the community and in the past has facilitated this group with Mental Health Carers NT.

If you feel like you might benefit from being a member of a Support after Suicide Group please call 08 8953 1250 or email
