Lifeline Voices is an initiative where people with different lived experiences can participate in opportunities to share your feedback and experiences on different topics, to help us improve Lifeline’s support services.
Who can join?
We’re inviting people from all walks of life. If you have any of the following experiences, your voice matters. Whether you found your experience with Lifeline positive or challenging – we want to hear from you.

Lived through mental health challenges, crisis, or suicidality or

Supported a loved one experiencing these challenges or

Accessed Lifeline’s services - through phone, text, chat, or our website

Receive updates from us about opportunities to participate

Choose what you want to be involved in - surveys, interviews, app testing, focus groups and more

Opt in when it suits you - there’s never any pressure to take part or stay involved
