What to expect

You'll be asked for some personal details, such as your age and location, but these are optional and you can choose to remain anonymous.

You'll then be connected to a trained Lifeline crisis supporter.

You can text them anything that's on your mind – no matter how overwhelming, they are there to listen.

About the service

We offer confidential one-to-one chat short-term support with a trained Lifeline crisis supporter for people who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping.

A digital chat interface on a soft yellow background shows a conversation. A white chat bubble on the right, from a user, states 'I need someone to listen'. Below it, a blue chat bubble on the left, from a support service and marked with a small white icon, replies 'No judgement here, it's a safe space. Let me know what's going on.'

How we can help

We chat without judgement and provide a safe space to discuss your needs, worries or concerns. We will work with you to explore options for support.
