SANE supports people across Australia who are living with complex mental health issues like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD or personality disorders, as well as people with intellectual disability, autism, or acquired brain injury.

They offer free, trauma-informed digital and telehealth services, including:

  • Real-time group chats and moderated online forums
  • Mental health information, fact sheets, and real stories.
