Suicide Call Back Service counsellors can help you:
- Work through any distress you may be feeling
- Ensure your own safety
- Link you to other services in your community.
You can get a single counselling session without a referral. However, they also offer free multi-session counselling services to eligible callers on a needs and eligibility basis.

- Aged 15 years or older (18+ for video chat).
