Once you hit the 'submit' button on the form below, you'll be taken to the website of the Lifeline Member that delivers Telephone Crisis Support in your local centre. 

Please use their website to submit your expression of interest, and you'll then hear back from that Lifeline Member with the next steps to become a telephone Crisis Supporter.
