Lifeline Calls You

Opportunity to give feedback

This is your opportunity give us feedback on the 'Lifeline Calls You' program.

This page is for people who have participated in the Lifeline Calls You program (LCY), which is a new program delivered by Lifeline crisis supporters. Lifeline Australia is evaluating the LCY Program. The evaluation will help Lifeline make informed decisions about the future of the program, and how to improve it to better meet the needs and wants of help seekers.

Lifeline Australia has partnered with a team of researchers from the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne to ensure the evaluation is robust.

You are invited to participate in a one-on-one, phone-based interview with a researcher to talk about your experiences and satisfaction with the LCY program. It will take around 40-60 minutes, and you can choose a time that suits you for the interview.

If you take part, you’ll be asked for your thoughts on certain aspects of the program, and any suggestions you have for improving it in the future. You’ll also be asked about any positive or negative experiences you’ve had from participating in the program.

You can answer as few or as many questions as you like, and you can end the interview at any time. Participating in the interview will not impact your relationship with Lifeline. Anything you tell the researchers will remain confidential and anonymous.
