The National Alcohol and Other Drug Hotline is a free and confidential counselling, information, and referral service for anyone struggling with their use of alcohol and/or other substances.
The service is available 24/7 for all States and Territories, however if you are calling from South Australia, please note services operate between 8.30am and 10.00pm.
