Training
At Lifeline Ballarat we are proud to offer a range of training programs designed to build strength and resilience.
Crisis Supporter Workplace Training
-
Lifeline Ballarat has two intakes each year for volunteer Crisis Supporter Workplace Training, but we deliver a suite of other workshops throughout the year.
Our workplace and community workshops are focused on teaching the skills that help identify and support others who may find themselves in various forms of crisis (including suicide and domestic family violence). Lifeline training can be used for professional development, continuous education, or general awareness.
Our training courses and workshops are delivered by accredited trainers either face to face, via e-learning, or a blend of both. Other training can be delivered virtually, via an online instructor-led interactive workshop.
Upcoming training
Our 2025 Training Calendar is filling up, and we plan to run more public workshops in the coming months. Stay tuned for more information about our upcoming workshops.
